  • Where is the store based?

I am based out of my home in California.  I am one person.  I design, create, purchase, pack, ship, do website maintenance, product photos, and product development.   My work space is usually a complete disaster and I love every minute of it. Because of my wonderful customers, I get to be my own boss, set my own schedule, work in my pajamas, feed my family, and travel around the country to conventions.   • When will you restock a certain item?

As most of my products are hand made, I can only restock as fast as I can make things so it depends what is going on in my life.I always update my Facebook followers when an item is restocked. You can follow me on Facebook here.

    • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    I am unable to take returns, but I am always happy to send a replacement if the product arrives damaged or not as described. :)

     

    • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!

     

    • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Items have a one week processing time! That means it may be up to a week before an item gets packed and shipped!  I only ship a few times a week. (I cant be running to the post office every day! :) )
    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. If you have a deadline, please private message me before you place your order and I will see what I can do to get your package to you on time.
    Most orders are mailed FIRST CLASS MAIL, and therefore do not have tracking information. This is to keep the cost down for both myself and my customers. Larger orders are sent in a flat rate Priority box.
     
    • How Much Is Shipping?

    Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. You can add items to your cart and then see what the final cost will be. Shipping is calculated by weight, but sometimes it does not take into account everything.  I try to keep shipping reasonable.  If you are trying to check out and shipping costs seam WAY off, please email me and I can look into it.  I am still trying to calibrate the shipping calculator.

    Shipping will be different for international orders and domestic orders.

    Some international orders may incur a customs fee. This is the responsibility of the buyer to take care of.

     
    • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    The Shopify checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

     

    • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact me directly, either at Mudinmybloodstore@gmail.com or through My Facebook Page.

    Someone told me I should add a donation button. That way people can donate to my caffeine fund so I can keep my business running smoothly. I mean... I will never turn down Coke Zero money.

    All the product photos are items I have made for my own personal wizard collection.  The listing you are buying is for a custom item that has not been made yet and will only contain non trademarked images and verbiage.  If you have questions about this, please email me.
